Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

Symptoms: 1. No apparent leakage visible on the ground 2. Just filled 2 weeks ago and never used the washer fluid, yet got the warning 3. Noticed the right headlight washer activating on its own (I see residual washer fluid after driving - no windshield washer used at all) 4. Thinking about deactivating the headlight washer via PIWIS II Based on my research: 1. This may be a faulty sensor (have not opened the wheel well yet to check the level - too hot here in Northeast ) 2. May need to clean the tank (a dirty tank can cause this?) Any other advice / thoughts as I would like to avoid ordering part(s) and find out the culprit is somewhere else. Thanks!
