I guess they changed the configuration last time i was on the dealer, so they will need to reprogram it for the options that i actually have in the car.

Hi all, I own a 2006 cayman S with PCM and sport chrono plus. After a visit to the dealer, cause i was having problems with my PCM unit (it was reseting itself every few minutes) they did something to solve it (reinstall the software i guess) but it seems i have lost all the sport chrono options in the pcm unit. Also the doors are not closing themselves at more than 20 km/h (as they did before). I have read the owners manual and it seems that I can configure the doors from the chrono sport menu in the PCM, but the menu is not there anymore. Can someone give me some info about this? How can I access the Sport Chrono menu? How can I update the firmware for the PCM? Do you know where can i find a manual for the Chrono Sport pack? Many thanks

There is a PCM manual that you can download here: The Cayman Club - Downloads - Porsche PCM Manual if that is what you need. Cannot answer the other questions other than suggest a return visit to the dealer is an option that I'm sure you have considered.

Actually your issue seems to be that your PCM isn't properly coded for the options in your car. They need to put the car back on the computer ( PIWIS ) and enable sport chrono and pcm so that you have the ability to change memory settings yourself (seat memory, door locks, auto climate control memory, daytime running lamps, etc.)
