Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

i have leaks on both the water rads. After fitting them is it easy to get the air out of the system? thanx for any help Ade

POST 2Original post

Its not a big job.. Just takes time. I watch mine being fitted and it took 5 hours (remember the GT3 has 3 front rads). As for getting the air out, if you do a search in the RS forum, I think it was "GT3 rads" ?? there is a PDF on how its done. As for getting the air out, Porsche have air pumps and things, but I was told(by an OPC) the best way is to park the car on a hill (front facing downwards) and hold the revs at 4,000 and put the cap on after 2-3 mins.. (every 30 secs let the car idle and top up) You'll need someone to hold the car at 4,000 revs while you put the cap on.

POST 3Original post

Also make sure you replace all the front hoses at the same time..
