Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I would expect that the car might be cat d or at least been in a front end prang, would explain why someone might stick a facelift bumper on a non facelift car, i.e, cheapest repair possible, might explain too why they've spent time to try and make it look meant by tinting the headlights!!

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

15 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 8Original post

Don't be so hash Daniel, after all the man does drive a Ford (although one I wouldn't mind owning)!

POST 11Original post

Its got a turbo front PU, which is designed for facelift lights. But the car has non facelift lights, and therefore two holes in the front ofthe car that shouldnt be there It looks ridiculous

POST 12Original post

Scott, are you telling me you haven't spotted the "Max Power" blacked out front and rear lights? We said this, 996's are now cheap enough that chav's will get hold of them. Hmmm, seems I'm not getting out soon enough.

POST 14Original post

I was looking at this the other day and after I had stopped laughing (it took a while!) I seriously considered phoning the guy (or girl maybe??) to ask WTF?? I would expect that the car might be cat d or at least been in a front end prang, would explain why someone might stick a facelift bumper on a non facelift car, i.e, cheapest repair possible, might explain too why they've spent time to try and make it look meant by tinting the headlights!! I am also scared about driving a car that is affordable (at least initially anyway!) to be bought by chavs that may go down the max power route and tarnish the image of a special car. As they say "there goes the neighbourhood"!! :frustrated:

POST 15Original post

I seriously thought that would be who would buy my 996 aerokit, but I was pleasantly surprised when a proper enthusiast bought it and had it in the workshop the very next day to get all the work done to get it sorted
