Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 2Original post

have you standard disc's ie not floating are you sure ARB drop link nut is still tight, they go loose quite easy is it clunky (deep) or clattery (lighter)

POST 3Original post

I had a low speed noise that only occured when hot and it turned out to be the steering ball joint. £50 plus fitting.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Standard discs, drop links just fitted. It's a light clattery sound.

POST 5Original post

Long shot, but pads are ok? Pad shims can clatter (if you have aftermarket pads with shims).

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Noise sorted, it was a broken front n/s coil spring. Bloody potholes.

POST 7Original post

Blimey didn't expect that! Was it not pulling to one side and uneven?

POST 8 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yeh it was Steveoz32.Must have been compensating for it.

POST 9Original post

Fair enough, at least it's fixed and was nothing major
