He came tested it and filled the aircon up very nice job at 60 quid inc testing it b4 and after etc and very good service.

The key is to run the engine with a few revs with the reservoir cap off before it gets up to operating temperature and get someone else to top up the reservoir as the air blocks clear.

help guys i have fitted 2 nice new water radiators in my 52 plate c4s but i cant get it to take much water/antifreeze. I lifted the clip which it on header tank. Do i run engine and see if it takes it? any tips

The engine will have to be run, but the rads need water.. And also the rads to have bleed valves if you have no hill to park it on. (but the hill way of bleeding is better)

job done!! 2 new condensors + dryer from porcheshop.co.uk and 2 water rads from porch-apart ltd, took me about 5 hours from start to end. Then met a great guy called keith from coolcaraircon.co.uk he covers birmingham and around that area. He came tested it and filled the aircon up very nice job at 60 quid inc testing it b4 and after etc and very good service. He knows 911's thats 4 sure plus he comes to ya!! back on the rd yippeeeeeeeeeeeeee oh and about 900 quid lighter :sad: oh well its the grin factor when driving it makes it all worth the effort Ade
