Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

When I put my 2005 996 C4S in reverse it blows the 7.5 amp fuse that protects mirror adjustment, seat memory and reverse lights. It came this way when I bought it this past June. I have pulled each rear light and inspected wiring, sockets and bulbs. No defects found other than a couple of center contact springs broken(?) in various sockets. Have ordered a Bentley book but not rcvd., yet. Any ideas out there? Thanks in advance.

POST 2 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post
