Hi everyone. I'm looking at purchasing a 03 996 C4 cab for 27K. This is from a reputable dealer who only really deals with Porsches & is associated with a Porsche specialist workshop garage next door. My questions are::?: 1: Would it be advisable to get a PPI done on this car. I have spoken to salesman who assures me that all cars are checked by the workshop garage prior to going on sale within his showroom. (Showroom deals mainly with 993's at 50K+. Workshop all Porsches). 2: What things should I be looking for when taking this or any other Porsche for a test drive & also what Q&A's. I have purchased Adrian Crawford's guide. Hopefully with the vast knowledge within this forum I should have a Porsche sat on my drive within the next month. On a separate note I have been quoted by Elephant.co.uk £640 (£250 excess, driveway, 42yrs + wife). £520 against 32K 01 996tt doesn't make sense. :bye:

Hi & thks Wattie Also quoted £630 against 02 C4S Maxie Nice car but the kids want another convertible. Can't believe the wife is looking at turbos after seeing one next to cab we looked at. Don't figure. Thetino C4S cabs very rare up North looking about 35k+. Just a bit out of budget range due to still running 5 series & Lexus RX.
