Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

I’d like to relocate the Pioneer AVIC-D3 mic that was installed in the steering column cover (same location as the factory mic) by the installer. Unfortunately, the cover screws are recessed in an access hole that is too narrow for my Torx driver (replaceable tip style). The only tool that would fit is a fixed head Torx driver. As I don’t have the entire set to fit one at a time, does anyone know what size (type) screw driver fits the cover screws? Thanks, -Stevie

POST 2Original post

i don't know the exact size, but complete torx sets like these are very affordable (~$9 @ amazon.com): Bondhus 31732 Set of 8 Star L-wrenches, Short Length, sizes T6-T25 Bondhus 31834 Set of 8 Star L-wrenches, Long Length, sizes T9-T40

POST 3Original post

porcupine, What a great find! I love Bondhus tools! I just placed my order at Amazon. Looks like a manditory set for all P car owners. Thanks so much, -Stevie
