OPC will only ever use 0/40 mobil 1 . At work we would use 5w/40 mobil 1 . Hartech say what you are using on one of their rebuilds so i would say you are about right with what you have .

Castrol Magnatec 5/40 as advised by myself. People get way too hung up on oil. Any decent brand 5/40 for road driving in our climate will do perfectly fine imo.
