This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi all I'm looking to refit the original Becker unit back into the car ready for sale. However as part of the conversion to a double din unit I installed, the bisecting horizontal trim between the HVAC and the stereo was cut to allow for the double din unit to fit. I imagine I would now need the original surround trim to allow for me to put it back as it was as mine has been butchered! I've attached a pic of the part I'm after...does anyone know where I can get a hold of this part please which is effect the whole inner surround for the unit and HVAC...and I believe surrounds the centre air vents? Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you Kozzy

I saved this part number a while ago as considering changing from double PCM to single din - 99655296926. The frame in your dash will have the part number cast into the plastic somewhere. Don't assume its the correct part number - double check for yourself. Occasionally you will be pleasantly surprised how cheap some things are from the dealers! Ian

Thanks Ian, I will take a look when I get a chance. Kozzy

I found this thread which quotes a different part number, which is available at design911 for £60ish. http://911uk.com/viewtopic.php?t=143206&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=radio+frame
