Leading evidence: 'Install hose' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check coolant and it was low' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. I am sure I have an almost new one which I changed on my car, I changed all hoses as a matter of course, onky realisinv it was practically new when I already had the new part.

I talked her through checking the coolant and it was low.

I reused some of the Porsche spring clamps, especially where a jubillee clip might rub against another hose it that was used instead.

I'd really like to order the part and fit it in order to get my daughter back on the road and able to travel to work without needing to use public transport.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

In the summer I noticed an occasional drip from a hole in a water pipe on the bottom side of my engine on the passenger side (RHD). I cut the holed section off the hose and re-fitted it with a jubilee clip.
My daughter is using the car as she is a key worker and I'm keen for her to avoid public transport at this time. Yesterday the water temp gauge flashed red but the temp was on 80 degrees (she took a photo). I talked her through checking the coolant and it was low. I asked her to look for any drips and she sent me a video of regular drips from the area of the jubilee clip that I replaced in the summer. So, stupidly, I did not replace the hose in the summer as I couldn't find the part on the parts diagram, then I forgot all about the issue.
Please can someone help me to find the part number (plus the 2 clips)? I attach a photo from Pelican Parts showing the hose indicated by a green arrow. I'd really like to order the part and fit it in order to get my daughter back on the road and able to travel to work without needing to use public transport.
Thanks in advance.
Ok, so my daughter has sent me the attached photo of the coolant pouring out!!
The hose on my car is different to the one on the pelican part how to site, which might explain my difficulty in finding the part.
Can anyone identify the part on my daughter's photo please )rather than the one with the green arrow).
Many thanks
Not sure if the price is any good, but there's one on Ebay.

Thanks MC. I have now had the hose delivered by Design 911. I also ordered new clamps for the 4 connections, I was expecting the oem spring hose clips but 4 jubilee clips arrived with the hose instead.
Should I reuse the original spring hose clamps or use the new jubilee clamps instead.
Also, the top connector near the coolant reservoir looks difficult to reach. Did you have to move anything else to access any of the clamps?
I ordered all new hose clamps for every hose on the car.. it appears that not all the hoses have the clamp type clips available anymore..when the parts arrived this morning from Porsche Bristol probably 50% are now jubilee clips. All are in bags with part numbers.
Incidentally I have found that many OEM parts are cheaper from Porsche then design 911.. for example all of the under tray panels and the rear heat shield behind the bumper to name a few were considerably cheaper..
the small L shaped under tray panel that fits on the passenger side was cheaper from Porsche then 99% of the secondhand rubbish for sale damaged on eBay which is crazy.
So a call to Porsche first is always worth a go..
Sorry to state the obvious but porsche have pretty much stopped selling the hose spring type clamp .. you just get a jubilee clip in a bag these days .. as such its best to source your own rather than paying Porsche prices .
i will also agree .. it's always worth getting a quote from an OPC parts dept for items as they can well be cheaper than the aftermarket suppliers .
Its a phone call after all .
So I fitted the new hose yesterday. It took a couple of hours because there are 4 separate connections that need removing and replacing. I ended up having to cut one of the spring clamps off as the little steel tabs that you squeeze to loosen the clamp snapped off.
I used a special spring clamp tool which helped. I would recommend one of those 90 degrees hooks to get the old hoses off as mine were quite stubborn. Some silicone spray was very helpful too.
The only difficult part was removing the hose from the coolant reservoir. It's very hard to reach the spring clamp and I wouldn't have done it without the special tool.
I reused some of the Porsche spring clamps, especially where a jubillee clip might rub against another hose it that was used instead. The spring clips have a much lower profile so are less likely to rub against other hoses over time.
My rules of thumb are:
If it's a standard engineering part (nuts, bolts, jubilee clip etc) buy on line and consider stainless.
If it's a standard automotive part e.g. heater motors, door lock check that it can't be sourced as a VAG part much cheaper.
Look for pattern parts (e.g. ECP) but take care on quality and safety.
For 911 specific parts, go to the OPC. 3rd parties like D911 buy from Porsche at trade and add a large margin.
