I've just replaced my manifold bolts and was toying with the idea of changing the manifolds themselves to 63mm sports stainless steel ones while I'm at it..

Suggestion

I'm planning on pulling my manifolds to prepare for replacing the variocam sliders down the line and the stainless exhausts are so cheap it seems a shame not to fit some, if they sound rubbish of reduce power I'll just pop the old ones back on, once the manifold bolts are replaced with decent stuff it's a half hour job.

Has anyone had any experience of the company Gravity Performance( I came across them on eBay) and there products/quality..They are selling a set for £239 including the manifold to cat bolts which seems pretty reasonable I thought

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 2Original post

I think most of the eBay specials come from the same factory. I bought the cheapest ones I could find for circa £170 IIRC and they came in a Direnza box the same as the more expensive ones. I cleaned the internal welds you a bit with a die grinder and that was it. No problems with them at all although I ditched the crappy bolts and used Titanium studs and K-nuts for the manifolds with Ti bolts for the cats.

POST 3Original post

I bought the cheapest eBay ones I could find. Got them from toyo sport. They'd left the original part number from China on the box so I managed to find out who made them. They were called MGP Racing: https://www.alibaba.com/countrysearch/CN/mgp-racing.html Paid £116 for mine and 6 years later they're stil fine.

More low end torpue, same power, better sound.
