Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

You'd need a new harness or you can modify your current one. I'd suggest buying the correct harness from memory the harness with the 3rd brake light is much cheaper than the one without. http://www.5150motorsport.com/fixed-...12-070-04.html

POST 4Original post

Will this fit the 4s? I'm assuming when you say it won't fit turbo that it also won't fit 4s but as I am fairly new I want to check.. Thanks

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

If your 4S 996 has the Carrera pop up spoiler it will fit.

POST 7Original post

Will the Carrera pop up spoiler continue to work? What do you guys recommend for wiring in the thrird brake light? Thanks

POST 8Original post

Yes my 4s has the pop up spoiler.. I will get back in touch when I return home from vacation.. I'm also curious if the pop up spoiler should be disabled or if you just keep it.. Do holes need to be drilled? Thanks

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

You remove your pop up spoiler and fit the new wing. There is no drilling on your metal deck lid.
