Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

I just repaired my cup holder (easy fix once I found this video...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h1NME_9SjJg). However, one of the two screws that hold the unit in to the dash was already missing, and I lost the other one, somehow. Does anyone know a part number for these things? Thanks, Matt

POST 2Original post

Going by my PET, it's a pan-head screw, M5 x 27, part number 900 067 416 01. Good luck!

POST 4Original post

Incidentally, for other people who have to do this repair, on mine the little swiveling retaining pin was held in by a plastic bit (basically a plastic rivet), rather than the screw like in the video. I just drilled all of the plastic out, and it turns out that the little machine screws which keep the lid on the entire assembly fit the bevel that the plastic bit was in well enough to work, if that makes sense. So I just donated one of those to the cause and it works like new.
