Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

My 2 button remote fob has failed. It is less than 12 months old. I have changed the battery thinking this was the cause and it is still not working. Is there any reason why OPC from which I bought it wouldn't repair or reprogram. I have the necessary paper work.

POST 2Original post

Porsche parts have a two year warranty, so I would take it back and see what they say.
