Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

13 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Getting through the winter upgrades

POST 3Original post

Belts are cool. Loved them in C4s. I actually have grown to love the skinny standard wheel, I have had a flat bottom wheel in other cars and I like it but I just think the plain thin standard wheel really suits the 996.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yeah found a place near Bolster Castle, £25 each !! Nice quality too. Love the wheel, mixed alcantara/leather with silver 12oclock marker

POST 5Original post

POST 8 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yes mate, Royal steering wheels, you can customise your own spec & Kolour Koncept for belts they have loads of colors and did mine while I waited (40mins for pair). Fairly simple to remove install both, a couple of tips for the steering wheel make sure the wheels are straight and mark the spline on removal & disconnect your battery 30 mins before you start!. For the belts make sure you have a magnetic screw drive for the hidden screw behind the trim panel 👍
