I used a company in Leicester to mix & fill an aerosol can of VW reflex silver (Central Car Paints) as cheaper than the dealers offering and you get more.

Can anyone help me out with the paint code for 'Aluminium look" My car is optioned with a small pack and also the steering wheel.. It's a Polar silver gen 2 Cabriolet which has Metropole blue trim.. I have a spare centre console and thought I'd maybe get it painted in the Aluminium look colour to give the interior some more contrast..

No not the cars colour as polar silver has a blue tint to it.. The silver interior trim colour which was referred to as 'aluminium look" in the options list. I have an alloy beading through the dashboard and the centre vents are also alloy with the dial surround being painted in a silver colour.. This I believe is the small 'aluminium look" pack .. I'm after that paint code to match the centre console to.

Places like this have books and books of colour swatches - there were 4 shades of reflex silver so the paint was matched to my van.
I'm sure if you take your car to them (or somewhere similar) they will be able to match the steering wheel colour.

I need to do mine as I once locked my keys in the frunk and had the bright idea of sticking a pole through the sunroof gap then hooking the door open.
1. It just scratched the door handle
2. It did not open as deadlocked
3. It set off the alarm

I thought it might be Arctic silver.. I was sure someone on here would know for sure.
