Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hello, I have a 2004 996, I want to change radio mine has fiber optics. It's the double din with phone built in. What radio with Bluetooth is nice and easy to install. Thank you

POST 2Original post

Hi Mark, :welcome: If you want to keep it OEM, you'll be wanting one of these (BUT see comment below): https://www.porsche.com/uk/accessoriesandservice/classic/genuineparts/producthighlights/pccm/ That would be my preferred but they're not cheap and MAY not be as easy a retrofit as you'd imagine. Alternatively, you could contact Cargraphics and see what options they can offer for your existing unit: https://www.pcmrepairs.co.uk/Porsche-Enhancements BTW - we need some pics  :thumb:

POST 3Original post

Also suggest you thoroughly read this thread: http://911uk.com/viewtopic.php?t=140658 Maybe PCCM isn't the way to go after all and maybe Cargraphic is worth more of a look :?:
