Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

14 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Saw a really nice 996 Turbo S this morning on my drive along I-610 heading to I-10. License plate "THE 911" Houston rennlist member maybe ? Loved the rims and lowered suspension.

POST 2Original post

POST 8Original post

Quotes source post: 7879877

I'm thinking it was creative badging and more importantly the rims on the wheels stuck out by about an inch past the arches. Next time I see it in the morning I think I'll follow it, get some pics for a laugh....

Most likely not a Rennlister. Sounds like a hac. So he wasn't even "tuckin 19s or 20s" because he didn't "tuck" them.

No nip and tuck, out and out , "HEY LOOK AT ME", and just incase you don't know this is a 911, I'll tell you again with my license plate.

There was a 996 "Turbo S" Both a coupe and a cab were made in 2005. Standard features included the power package (I think they made 444hp up from 420) and PCCBs. I think they were getting rid of leftover parts inventory by offering the "S" just like they're doing on the 997 turbo.
