is exactly the same as I have been getting and it was found to be a loose plug so I checked and on my car it turned out to be loose plugs in cylinders 5 & 6.

Over tightening can lead to distortion of the spark plug and breakage.

It's very important not to over or under tighten spark plugs during installation.
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Has anyone any idea where this squeak is coming from, its intermittent and I removed the belt and the noise remains in any case all pulleys/bearings are OK the belt is fairly new - I found this clip which is exactly the same noise but no explanation where it is coming from.

If you have removed the drive belt and the noise is still there then obviously that rules out any pulleys or the belt slipping ..
Belt slipping is what the video clip sounded like to me .
The next easiest thing to check would be the exhaust system .. there is a bracket that locates the cats to the engine .. well known to crack at the clamps .. a screwdriver just to lever at these points should show if its intact or not .
If nothing on the exhaust then you left with a ramp job and the old screwdriver .
Seems to be a common problem according to US owners in the know, the noise in this video clip

Anyone else had plugs come loose?
Now you mention it I have an very early invoice in my records from OPC who diagnosed a repetitive rattle/squeak as being a loose spark plug. Never had it happen in my ownership though.
Hi mate
I pulled plugs 4-6 out today, plugs 5 and 6 were both loose, this appears to be because a garage has put too much anti seize compound on them. Took a while to patiently remove them too, thankfully just gummy compound not pulled or crossed threads as the new plugs went in lovely. Plugs 1-3 tomorrow, probably be the same story.
NGK does not recommend the application of lubricant such as copper grease to spark plug threads as the result is a reduction of frictional forces at the thread faces. ... It's very important not to over or under tighten spark plugs during installation. Over tightening can lead to distortion of the spark plug and breakage.
