Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi everyone, I'm a new member here and hope someone call help with this. I have a 2004 4S and I've recently noticed some water (maybe a 5cm circle or so) on the drive. It appears to have dripped from halfway down the car from around the front seat area. The car temperature runs normally and there has been no coolant fluid leak. I've also checked the windscreen washer reservoir and that hasn't leaked either. The water appears clear and cleanish. Thanks (in advance)

POST 2Original post

Coolant leaks would normally be Pinkish or Greenish puddle. Is the puddle nearer to the drivers side sill by any chance? It seems to me that it could well be just condensation dripping off the air-con pipework that runs down the inside edge of the O/S sill.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks Thanks Lloyd, I'll keep an eye on it Regards Ian

POST 4Original post

If it's not coloured then probably off the aircon unit. TB

POST 5Original post

Run your car with the AC off and park your car on the drive. If the water doesn't appear :thumb: - then it's the aircon system as already stated. Ray

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks all... Thanks for the replies. Regards Ian
