I am looking for a list of tools necessary to do basic maintenance on a Cayman such as:
Oil changes, brake pad replacement, brake bleeding, etc...
Thanks

You can never have too many tools!
A two post lift is nice too.
Outside of a few size torx drivers, there isn't anything too out of the ordinary for routine maintenance.
Really, the only "special" tool that I have bought was two of these:
wheel guide bolts.
I'd get 3/8" and 1/2" drive digital torque wrenches and torx drivers. Then basic wrenches (box and open end combos), socket set, screw drivers and such. Pretty basic really for the types of work you mentioned
If you want to get started with the basics type mechanic tools you might want to check out Sears. There's almost invariably a sale of some sort on for mechanics tool sets at a lot less than individual prices. Craftsman may not be the absolute best tools, but they'll usually get the job done and the warranty on hand tools is hard to beat.
They probably won't have torque wrenches in the sets and may or may not have the needed torx but should have the other basics (box and open end combos, socket set, screw drivers, pliers, etc) mentioned in the normal sizes. You might still have to buy one or two odd sizes. No need to go crazy about getting the largest set available.
You should only need metric. Or at least I haven't found yet that Porsche is mixing inch and metric.
Here's a list of what I use for the more common DIY items:
Floor Jack and Jack Stands or Ramps
Ratchet Socket Wrench and necessary adapters for 3/8 and 1/2" sockets
Metric Socket set including deep 19 mm socket for lug bolts
Socket wrench extensions (e.g. 3 and 8" and universal joint)
18" Breaker Bar (for sockets) - useful to loosen lugs and other stubborn bolts
Torque Wrench(es) - Need range from 19 ft-lbs (oil filter) to 96 ft-lbs (lugs)
Note: you shouldn't use torque wrench to loosen tight bolts.
74/76 mm - 14 flute oil filter wrench (available at many auto parts stores)
Cordless Power Drill w/ socket adapter - for removing/tightening lug bolts
Metric Allen wrench set
T30 Torx Bit or screwdriver (for engine cover removal)
10 mm socket hex key (for oil pan plug)
10 mm box wrench - for battery cables
11 mm flare nut or box wrench - for brake bleeder nipples
8" Pliers - useful to pry apart brake pads to retract caliper pistons
1/4" Punch or similar - to push out retention pin on brake calipers
Anti-seize Paste
Motive Power Bleeder or Griots Brake Fluid Extractor
Funnels (for brake fluid, oil and coolant filling)
