Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.
Discussions that suspect a cause
1
0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Suspected cause
But I suspect someone on the forum will snap this up on a swap/cash your way basis.
Leading evidence: 'someone' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, the most frequently mentioned possible cause is 'someone' (1 discussions; 0 report identifying it and 1 suggest it). No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I have a factory GT3 kit and am looking in to removing the fixed spoiler and replace it with the standard automatic one.
- Has anyone been through the reverse of this conversion and have the spare parts including motors to sell?
- Is anyone after a fixed spoiler with brake light etc and happy to do a swap?
Any ideas/other approaches also appreciated. But don't ask why!
Cheers
WW
errr why? :floor:
For the parts try the usual breakers > click on Porsche Parts at the top.
But I suspect someone on the forum will snap this up on a swap/cash your way basis.
Maybe post up colour / conditon etc
Cheers
I love that rear spoiler. Only problem is it would need respraying. Wonder how much it would cost to get painted up :?:
And I can't resist, so why the swap?
Brilliant - it's not for me exactly. Someone has just bought my car and was contemplating this for their own reasons (no problem with the actual spoiler). I'll get him to post on here or PM you as I think he's registered on the site. Thanks very much.
strangely enough a friend of mine has bought an identical 996 to mine and
has been thinking about putting an aerokit spoiler on his, so would work out all round.pm me would be simpler.

Just to be clear if the new owner goes ahead with t his he'd need the brake light, spoiler, motors, wiring and switch.
Please don't be dissapointed if he doesn't go for it. Hasn't picked the car up yet so will need a few days to decide for sure.
Thanks again for all the responses.
