Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

So today, I climb in, close the door behind me, and the window immediately powers down a couple inches. And now the one-touch control doesn't work. The window goes up and down, but only as long as I'm holding the button. No more one-touch to open or close. Is this a switch, or regulator issue? Is this the first step in losing full control over the window from the button/switch?

POST 2Original post

The window lost its settings. Push the down button and once the window is down, continue to hold (Push) the button down for ~10 seconds. Push the up button and once the window is up, continue to hold (push) the up button for ~10 seconds. That resets the window upper/lower limits and restores the one touch function.

Yay! Got to love it when a fix is something simple!
