Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Leading evidence: 'Check with a multimeter' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check with a multimeter' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

As title the lights came on for no apparent reason, I've changed the maf, so it's not that, anyone else had similar and if so what was it?

You can use an ohm meter on the sensor on each wheel to see if all are roughly the same ..
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Thanks in advance :thumb:
If you can get a tester on it then there will be a fault code which will lead you in the right direction .. wheel speed sensor or ring as Alex has said are the most obvious .
me ?
Fault code readout will say roughly where the problem is .. ie n/s/r speed sensor .. it may be the reluctor ring so a visual check is needed .
You can use an ohm meter on the sensor on each wheel to see if all are roughly the same .. off hand i don't know the actual resistances of them , a guess would be approx 1K ohms ..
If all are about the same though it's unlikely to be a single sensor .
To properly test the sensors then you need to scope each one .. as you spin the wheel you will see a pattern .. a sine wave if its working correctly .
I`ve got a code reader Waz, you can borrow if you like or I can come and read out the codes for you :thumb:
Not seen you for a while, miss you mate
Thanks kris, I've got two code readers but neither come I with a code, it's been a while that's for sure, perhaps we should set up a meet at the bulls head before it gets to cold :thumb:
Most code readers can't reader the Porsche ABS codes. Kris has the icarsoft reader which is able to do much more diagnosis. He sorted my cruise control out with it.
Thank you all for your help on this, fixed it!! After looking on line every one was saying MAF so I changed the MAF no difference  looking a bit deeper I find some other unknown codes so I deleted all codes, the only ones to come back where faulty torque signal from DME and MAF to low, can't be the maf because I've changed it :dont know:
It's seems at some point I've had a non fair paying passenger and the little #%%# had munched through a wire coming from the MAF 🱠so now all the lights have gone out
Excellent .. rodent damage is not something i would have guessed at ...
Maf sensor should read approx 18 kg/hr or have an ignition on only reading of 1 volt .
If in future you have an unknown fault code it merely means the tester is too old or has not been programed with the description for that code ..
The numbers listed are usually good though and as any fault code is worth its weight in gold in fault finding then please post them up
Well done Waz, glad you got it sorted :thumb:
See if you can persuade Pete to meet up for a beer at his local
For future readers, the iCarsoft i960 should be able to read out ABS codes, it says so on the website
