Hi, I'm looking to change the coolant on my 996 turbo. Would anyone know whether the Porsche Coolant is pre-mixed? I'm looking to add distilled water to help prevent corrosion. Thanks :thumbs:

Porsche antifreeze is not diluted . They specify a 50 / 50 mix which equates to - 31 C . Total coolant antifreeze content would be in the region of 11 ltrs.

A total drain of the coolant and yes .. you can try without .. its normally a mission and raises the risk of an airlock and overheating .. that's not so good and not how i do it . The newer the car and the more the need for this .. Panamera , 991 etc and you have to .. no ifs or buts ... you have to .

You can use any antifreeze you like as long as it's the same specs .. no one will ever know unless it's some strange colour !

Comma G30 is Porsche approved as per label. I used concentrate and mixed 50/50 with distilled water.
