Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Leading evidence: 'Check bore scoring - yep' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Check bore scoring - yep' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.

Believe the issue mostly contributed to filling oil to full mark.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Cons: Still getting P0420 codes even though I clear them.
My Porsche Update:
Pros: Runs great. No misfires. No performance issues. Not smoking like it use to. Believe the issue mostly contributed to filling oil to full mark. Many writeups state only to fill halfway up... seems to be better. Running at a lower RPM seam to slow down my oil consumption issue.
Cons: Still getting P0420 codes even though I clear them. Checked for bore scoring - Yep. Cylinder 3 - some, Cylinder 5 more, Cylinder 6 even more. Did not replace AOS because of the bore scoring confirmation.
Parts Replaced: Replaced spark plugs. replaced O2 Sensor bank1/downstream.
See screenshot of scanner. Any suggestions? I'm seeing bad cat but many tell me cat's don't usually go out.
U need to fix the sai (secondary air injection) system first. It will cause o2 faults as secondary issues.
Not saying u dont have a cat issue but fix the sai first.
This ^^^
1st step is to see if the SAI is turning on and blowing air. If it is, then the cutoff valve needs to be replaced. When it fails, it fails in the closed position and won't allow SAI to blow air into the headers.
If it isn't blowing air, you can often find a used on eBay.
It is true that many error codes are related and cause other errors. In your case, you have a few independent conditions.
The code P0420 is Cat Inefficiency Bank 1, that is raised when the Rear O2 sensor signal and the Front O2 sensor signal track each other too closely. That means the Cat Converter is no longer working. That event does not depend on the Secondary Air Injection system to work.
On the other hand, the SAI system needs a functioning front O2 sensor in order for the computer to self-test the SAI system.
The EGR error code does not depend on any cat or SAI system to function. That EGR monitor failure has several causes including bad vent valves, bad vent lines, bad pressure sensor.
It is still true that you should focus on one CEL at a time. If you only have one CEL (namely the P0420 code that keeps coming up), then fix that first. Start by looking at the front O2 sensor signal and compare it to the rear O2 sensor signal. A good scanner with live data display capability will help.
