Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.

Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Remember back to when you were a young lad/lass?
That want for fast cars...always thinking when I grow up I WANT ONE of them?
Often I think we forget just what the car means to us now. Only yesterday it all hit home as I took a few hours off to spend some quality time with my young boy (eight). After fishing for a few hours we returned the 4x4 home then decided to take the Porkie out for a spin.
The smile on his face was even bigger then the one on mine. Sunroof open and Meatloaf banging out 'Bat out of Hell' in tune with the boil of the sport exhaust.
Really what ownership is about. Enjoying one pride and joy with another pride and joy.
Just thought I would share it with you all. If I hadn't been driving I would have taken a picture of two grins the size of the front windscreen.
Excellent
That is what it's all about for sure!!
We have our 1st child due 12th Aug this year. Few years to go I know, but hope to experience the same in years to come.......exiting times
Time is getting short for you then. Could come any day.
Good luck when the time arrives and really enjoy it. It's something special.
A bit like when you take delivery of your Porkie but times that by 100.
:worship:
My wife has no interest in cars whatsoever. My 2 daughters, 5 & 7 aren't that interested. 5 year old screams if I go over 40 and the 7 year old keeps telling mum how fast were going! :hand:
:dont know:
Good stuff, my two year old boy loves mine, whenever we go out he runs to the garage and shouts Daddy's car, brum brum, porsche pleeeese.
He gets really disappointed when we have to take the 5....
Great anecdote....Smiling kids, even if you're only doing 40 in 2nd, Has to be one of the primary highlights of driving a Porsche!
Taking my kids, both boys, out in previous cars used to make them fall asleep within seconds, not anymore, grins all around even if stuck in the excuse of a back seat.
Next challenge is when they pass their test, mmmm :?:
All the best on the new arrival Adamw!
My eldest girl (14) will always ask me two questions when I am going out
1. Where are you going?
2. What car are you taking?
If the answer to Q2 is Porsche the answer to Q1 is irrelevant. She should really ask Q2 first. Mind you at weekends she will often ask if we can go out for a spin (To the wife "Sorry Love, I would stay and do some gardening but I have to keep the girls amused :drive: )
