Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Cross-posted in the general Detailing / Care section ....but posting separately for our 987 folks ( @deilenberger slap me if I shouldn't do this ) [Source: 303® Fabric Convertible Top Care Kit ] " We have recently discovered there is a quality issue with some of our most recent production runs of our 303 Fabric Guard Formula. This could result in the product leaving white residue on your fabric after treating/drying. If you experience this issue, the residue can be removed by using any fabric safe cleaner containing surfactants (such as our 303 Multi-Surface Cleaner, or a strong dish soap or laundry soap). Apply the cleaner generously to the stain using a soft bristle brush, and scrub vigorously. Let dry. May need to be repeated, depending on severity of stain. We are offering a full refund for any defective product. Please contact [email removed] for more information."

Slap you? Heck no! Post it wherever you think it might be seen that there are ragtops! 981 forum 718 forum.. 911 forum. Go for it. Really timely since I just bought a bottle about 2 weeks ago for my Boxster , but Inertia of the *** (an *** in motion tends to say in motion, and *** at rest tends to stay at rest) has happily served to keep me from doing the top. I usually do it with a tiny foam paint roller, and I couldn't find the handle for the roller and have been too lazy to go down the cellar where I know there is one.. saved again by Planet-9! If you didn't have a Technical Excellence Award I'd give you one, but you already do.. So - thanks!
