Several of my friends own them and I see them fairly often, and I recall reflection; I'd say gloss, but not completely certain. Take a look at this video and you can see reflection in the striping http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uzrjKPJM_uw

I was almost certain it was matte but I guess I was wrong. Thinking of painting my sport classic II rims black as well and leave the bead/lip polished so gloss would probably match better anyways.
