Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi lads can anyone tell me if a 996 turbo lid and spoiler will fit a 996 4s. :?:

POST 2Original post

Hi, I believe it will being a widebody, strictly speaking I think you should also switch the front lip of the spoiler which doesn't have the cutout on the turbo - the front and rear are obviously designed in conjunction with one another. I nearly did the same for my C4S but in the end the cleaner lines without the spoiler look IMO better.

POST 3Original post

The other point to consider is the hi-level third brake light on the 4S - if you look at the Turbo, that panel is flat, since the third brake light is housed within the active rear spoiler. The 4S has a curved panel with the hi-level brake light set within it.

POST 4Original post

Hi, Yes it will defo transfer across. Had a mate do it and I also did the same on my 993 C4S. Pretty much plug and play, only you now have 2 X high level brake lights, no one hitting you from behind for sure!! Would do the same if I had the 4S but got the blown version! :thumb:

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

thanks for the help lads :thumb:
