Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Thats a good spot - I changed my C4S ones for the Porsche quad ones several years ago but mine were like Nicks - which I thought were the same on the turbo (you can tell 'cos the access to the clamp bolt is through that hole at the bottom).

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Check out my tail pipes people Results from 10 mins polishing with an electric sander/buffing cloth/polish. Am I ***** or what? Well whatever, it beats paying £150 for new ones. They were a pig to get off though- both bolts sheared off - and had to grind off the back nut.

POST 2Original post

Which one is the before and after  Looks the dogs nuts, I can't see from being blinded :thumb:

POST 3Original post

Just out of interest - are the tailpipes from a Turbo or C4S? My C4S tailpipes seem much longer than the ones pictured above. I did the same to mine last year and they look so much better.

POST 5Original post

Thats a good spot - I changed my C4S ones for the Porsche quad ones several years ago but mine were like Nicks - which I thought were the same on the turbo (you can tell 'cos the access to the clamp bolt is through that hole at the bottom). Who is the manufacturer of the turbo ones? I am not sure they are OEM.
