I just installed the Durametric diagnostic software and read out a bunch of fault codes from the ECU. Can anyone help with deciphering what these are? Some of the descriptive information appears to be in German.

There is no CEL and everything appears to be operating completely normally. There is one modification on the vehicle: the Softronic plenum and flash version 4.1. I would like to know what to make of these fault codes.
I can't tell you exactly what they all mean, or why you are getting them, but, FWIW, I get many of the same when I run my Durametric software. I don't think they represent anything important as long as your car is operating normally, and you aren't getting a CEL (these generally don't refer to engine functions anyway). They might have been triggered by the reflashing process, or some other electrical glitch.
Did you try to reset/clear them?
Yes, I cleared all of them but they all returned. I'm guessing they are nothing serious because I can't detect any malfunctions while driving.
I would suggest that you try and erase them under the module that you checked them from. Some look to be from the AC system or climate control and maybe a Power from
DME
or AC? The power one for example will happen even if the battery voltage is low and occurs in any of the modules.
You can always use Yahoo! Babel Fish online translation:

Steuergeraet = Controller
Bremse = Brake
Versorgungsspannung Klemme 50 = Supply voltage clamp 50
Not that this tells you if the code is serious, but it at least will help you figure out what functions are involved.
Where can I get a tool to reset the warnings that will come up in the future? I have a fairly inexpensive tool from Bavarian Autosports to reset them on my Bimmer, but I haven't seen them for Porsches.
