Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

12 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • 911uk: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

May not be for everyone, but it worked for me.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Suffering from the hard shiny steering wheel, that I found really detracted from the drive. I was about to go down the retrim route and I thought what do I have to lose. I was thinking about some more innovative solutions, so I tried an idea and now my drive is transformed, I have a grippy wheel that actually feels much thicker, although of course it isnt. I enclose a pic of the wheel after a few months of use. anyone guess what I did?

POST 2Original post

A few but I am going to go for the magic sponge!

POST 3Original post

Did you modify your hands? My guess is surgical gel implants.

POST 4Original post

Collagen? Either that or you got a wheel xpander.

POST 5Original post

Plasti dipped ! There's no way he'd make his hands bigger...... it'd make his ***** look tiny ?

POST 6Original post

Making his hands bigger would have the opposite effect. I'm going to guess at wearing gloves. MC

POST 7Original post

Nah, he's done something to that wheel to roid it up.

POST 8Original post

The oversized implants would mean he could not meet his finger and thumb around the wheel making the wheel seem thicker. I have had a rethink and reckon it's just a new £2.50 pair of reading specs that make it look bigger.

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

:drive: Ha some nice ones there, no medical transformations were required. I actually used : Took the wheel off and sprayed it. its now super grippy and feels like a rougher alcantara, it makes it a pleasure to drive now. May not be for everyone, but it worked for me.
