Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

13 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Lucky $#@!! /fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/MWPX/confused_smile.gif I'm very eager to hear back about the dynamics of the car. Does it break traction easily? Handling characteristics 'lost' in the change? In-gear torque / acceleration difference? Everyone has stated that 'another 100' would be no problem for this car, but frankly, adding 30% more HP is a very substantial change. I can't wait to see how its affected the car's chasis / acceleration, etc. Have fun and keep the rubber side down! Paul

Last week 'Next week' meant this week, this Thursday in particular, trust me there will be plenty of photos and text to follow. If you have questions you want me to ask Roger and the crew there about parts/mods, etc. please post them here and I'll do my best to get them asked.

I was checking out info on pca.org and found the following article: http://www.pca.org/tech/tech_qa_question.asp?id={F9BDB4B0-E099-4A34-8ABB-8714ED9F9AA7} Looks like Scott Slauson was the person that did the swap on both cars, and he is willing to do it for others I guess tuners were more into body work and suspension and left the engine work to him - does anybody know Scott and can tell us about his background ? Ken - good luck with the drive /fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/MWPX/thumbsup.gif
