Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

I've been thinking more about getting a base Cayman instead of the Cayman S and I was wondering about what kind of modifications is available to the base model. I'm assuming what can be done to the CS can also be done on the base model? Is this correct to assume?

POST 2Original post

tons of stuff to do depending on what you want to acomplish. Please be more specific. With $ you can transform your car to virtually anything you want And buying a base cayman to start off its a great idea.

POST 3Original post

Cocodrilo is right. I believe that if you are looking for horsepower and torque, get the S. You would have to spend a lot more with the Cayman on aftermarket parts than you would otherwise. If you want more "comfort" options then stick with the Cayman.

POST 4Original post

if you are trying 2 add every bit of power in your car to make it go faster you might want to look at deleting some options like the nav that just add weight or replacing the seats with carbon fiber what does anyone think of getting a base cayman with spts crono(never drove one with it) and adding a $14k super charger?
