Any thoughts on wether i should be swapping the stock muffler back on berfore getting work done os as not to void my warranty?....Do the aftermarket warranty companies ask the repair facilty if the are any non OEM part installed??

I just ordered the above along with a BMC air filter for my 2001 C4....can't wait to get it installed as the soundbites i've heard sound fantastic!! In the past I've had the car serviced at a local porsche dealer and i've submited several claims on my aftermarket warranty ( easy care) without any problems.... Any thoughts on wether i should be swapping the stock muffler back on berfore getting work done os as not to void my warranty?....Do the aftermarket warranty companies ask the repair facilty if the are any non OEM part installed?? Not sure how it would play out....??
