Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Not sure on the make as it's at home, but could check tonight.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Any one had any experience of these?
I got one with my car (2000 996 C2 Cab) and am thinking about getting it fitted. Not sure on the make as it's at home, but could check tonight.
Any comments would be useful.
Cheers guys :thumb:

No comments guys? :nooo:
Just looked at the box it was delivered in and it came from a place called Tech Tuning (
http://www.techtuning.co.uk/
) although the websites under construction.
Not sure of the exact make of the shifter.
Anyone got a quick shift on their 996? :?:
Cheers
Adam
It's probably a rebranded or similar to B&M short shift. Reduces throw by 30-35% IIRC. I've got the EVOMs which is 20%. Try doing a search on here as there is loads of info to be read. I wouldn't go back to stock but heard others don't like the notchyness of the B&M :dont know:
Thanks Stuart :thumb:
I will have a search and a read.
Do you know if they are easy to fit. IE if I didn't like, put back to stock.
Any other comments welcome

I don't think you can swap back as you need to cut the plastic joints or something. The 997 shifter option is the best swap and reversable and OEM etc etc :thumb:
I put a B&M "style" short shift in my 996 C2 Cab - I absolutely love it and certainly would not ever change it back, although I would have felt slightly more comfortable when fitting it if I had been able to reverse it!
