Each car will still be needed for one week, we don't or won't put any of our maps on a car without full health check, boost leak and so on.

Suggestion · Original poster

They seem very single minded and go for great power from their remaps, they are not cheap and ask to replace the clutch with a performance version which is more ££.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I would be interested in a remap as well as an exhaust. Who is the go to remap company here, 9e, MRC, DMS ? Do they offer group buys ?

POST 3Original post

From your list 9e would be the only choice. However there's Fearnsport and Unicorn Motor Developments to add in. Group buys on exhausts I think is workable but probably less so with maps (unless you are talking about an off the shelf DMS type of map).

POST 4Original post

Fearnsport do a remap for near £700 that will take you up to about 490 hp from around 400 hp. It's advisable to get the clutch done at the same time though so you might be shelling out a bit more than planned.

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yeah my car goes there too (9e) for servicing. Like them a lot. They seem very single minded and go for great power from their remaps, they are not cheap and ask to replace the clutch with a performance version which is more ££. Perhaps it's the high amounts of low-rev torque they keep in :?:

POST 6Original post

I tend to agree with the others , 9E for a turbo and Chipwizards for a NA car . I have had regal, DMS maps on cars and my confidence is with 9E and chip wizards :thumb:

POST 7Original post

Hi Guys, I could certainly look at doing something off our website prices depending on the number of cars. Each car will still be needed for one week, we don't or won't put any of our maps on a car without full health check, boost leak and so on. Each car has to be tested, each car needs plugs gapped correctly etc. Clutches need upgrading etc. So yes we could certainly offer something. If you have not seen, we are currently in conjunction doing 25% off all Kline products till 30th June. This has already been very popular so worth a mention. If someone starts a list of potential cars then we can work something out. Ken
