After much research into after market kits, options etc I settled for the tried and tested Aero Cup MKII kit which replicates as near as possible the GT3 body kit which gives more stability and brings a balance to the car.

So these front cooling duct things, is that £1300 for a whole front bumper assembly to replace the existing, or is it the cooling ducts and mesh for your existing bumper?

This is a very cheap mod to do and even DIY for anyone handy enough - no need to change the front PU for this at all.

changing the outlet from the front radiators from down towards the road and moving them to hot gas exit inside the wheel arch will give 15kg+ downforce at 120km/h (JZ Machtech recently told me this and is a common mod on race specced 996's).
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Can anyone tell me what the following rear spoiler is?
Obviously it has GT3 cut in there, and its on a GT3, and it looks like a Carrera Cup spoiler, but where would someone buy one?
Indeed it is. Generally eBay or special order from the motorsport parts department is where you would get them. Or Jeff.
ETA: if fitting one you must get more front downforce too - it generates a lot more than stock and will otherwise seriously unbalance the car.
When you say you need to ensure extra downforce on the front too, what would you generally do? As far as I can see, the car in the picture only has the standard Aero front?
Cool, I see that now.
A closer look shows its very different.
Theoretically, If I were to be writing a list of stuff I want on a 911, it seems to be getting pretty expensive
I just have

As Olaf must have been smoking crack to try and charge £1300 if that is the case

This is a very cheap mod to do and even DIY for anyone handy enough - no need to change the front PU for this at all. Add a front splitter to your standard front PU and you should have enough front downforce.
I recently added a small GT3 mark 2 splitter to help balance up my new (carrera style) back wing and even a small splitter has quite an effect. Bought mine from Design911 but JZ Machtech also have loads of options
It has the Cup front splitter = more downforce
and the RS front aero vented bumper = more downforce
The Rear Cup Wing, which adds a huge chunk of downforce also has a clever small gurney flap on the rear, that add's a bit more
all helps

Not sure what model you have but I recently went through all the options for my Targa.

Triff, any more info on this ducting mod? Sounds interesting
