This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hey all, One of my clutch line union connectors is leaking after reassembling it (I removed it to replace a brake line). I am confused about the replacement union. Hopefully someone who has been down this road can help me? This is the replacement union Porsche sells. What is the black plastic end coming out of it (circled in blue)? Is that a sharkbite type thing that you cut the old line and press this on?? It doesn't look like the ones in my car they appear to be part of the line. Here is the area in my car. The circled one is leaking after reassembly. I took it apart again and it looks fine inside. I guess the rubber seals are just perished after 25+ years. Thanks in advance!
