Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

10 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Hi all, I want to upgrade the sound system in my 991.1 GT3 as I find I use it more of a GT car than a track monster. I opted for the updated system when I optioned the car (Bose was not available) but it still sounds weak. Wondering if anyone has done anything similar and has any advice? Cheers, Andy

I kinda got the feeling that they are used to selling to people who are happy to effectively write a blank cheque. I would without hesitation recommend audiofile incar in heartfordshire, I spent a similar amount to what auto audio quoted (5k) but got a full bespoke build. Speak to Gary, he’s very passionate about what they do and provided great service. I got the best car stereo I’ve ever heard by some margin. TP

Another vote for Audiofile Incar, I used them years ago for an audio upgrade on my X5 and then again for an upgrade on my 997. They do excellent work.
