Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Some of the bolts will definitely need to be replaced (my rear eccentric bolts had a minor altercation with a reciprocating saw).

Center Gravity did mine and replaced only Nylocs, everything else seemed ok.

There was a bad batch of coffin arms which were the wrong size it seems but the 4x i've used have been spot on.

Tighten torque they're not stretch bolts so i reused those

Suggestion
Porsche seems to suggest using new caliper bolts every time they're undone but that seems like overkill to me, at a fairly pedestrian 55Nm tightening torque they're not stretch bolts so I reused those.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I am half way through a suspension refresh - i.e. new top mounts/shocks/cofin arms/tuning forks/ toe artms/dog bones/ ARB bushes/ drop links. Just wondering which nuts/ bolts I need to replace.
Some of the bolts will definitely need to be replaced (my rear eccentric bolts had a minor altercation with a reciprocating saw). And any of course I will replace anything Nyloc
I started putting together a shopping list of new nuts, bolts & clips which is already coming out in the hundereds at DeRoure which seems ridiculous.
On the other hand I have spend £2k+ on parts already so don't mind spending a bit to get the job done properly
What has everyone else done?
Meyle do a kit with the coffin arms and the tuning forks that also includes all the bolts except the eccentric ones. I've just used those throughout. Obviously ball joints come with new bolts too.

There was a bad batch of coffin arms which were the wrong size it seems but the 4x i've used have been spot on.
Other than that it's the top mount bolts x3 which I just reused and the locking nut at the top of the damper mount which is normally supplied with new dampers.

OP, which coffin arms have you gone with as a matter of interest? I'm just pricing up a suspension refresh on my C4 & trying to keep the budget as sensible as I can given I'm not sufficiently able to do the work myself & hence using a well qualified mechanic to do it for me. I've seen Spyder Performance (a business related to Eporsch) offering 4 coffin arms for £170.
Centre gravity refresh
The idea of getting a refresh and geometry set up / corner weighting by centre gravity is appealing. can You share the detail of the nature the refresh minor fully comp etc. and the cost if its not not to painful to recollect?
Steve
My front coffin arms were new when I bought the car so I left them, but I went for Meyle HD for all rest of the variuos suspension arms. TRW for the inner and outer track rods (ebay). Carnewal for the Koni Special active shocks.
My general rule of thumb is to go with a reputable manufacturer for suspension arms (meyle, lemforder, trw, febi etc) I have had a cheap ebay wishbone snap on me before in an old e36 which is an experience I do not want to repeat!
I can't vouch for spyder arms but if Spyer/Eporsche are putting their name on them I am sure they would be fit for purpose
