I bought this car without Litronics and decided that i wanted HID's because I'm always doing highway driving. It's a Canadian car so which means DRL's are enabled. I bought a set of non-digital HID's off a website with a set of resistors. The system is running fine with the original switch (including the DRL feature) but even with the resistors installed, I get a 'check left/right dipped beam' error message. Has anyone found a way to get rid of this message or even a link to where I can purchase a new set of resistors that work? The resistors I ordered are built the same way as the Hella resistors so those won't be an option. I will be running the resistors in the headlight housing so they can't heat up hot enough to melt the plastic parts.
