Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Both run along the drivers side of the sunroof and then lead towars each of the pillars and down.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Wow, 20+ years of owning Pcars and the first one that has ever leaked water in the car. PCars are suppose to leak oil, coolant and freon OUT Not water IN
It is at the back corner of the headliner where it meets the rear window but ahead of the rear window. My guess is the drain tube for the sunroof? Any ideas and could someone give me a lead on how to remove the headliner to get to the leak. Hey, look on the bright side....I can fix the roof rattles while I am in there.
I am not sure Porsche got the GOOD Japanese car guys to show them how to build cheaper cars
Yup, There are two drain tubes from your sunroof, one leads to the back of the car the other to the drivers front. Both run along the drivers side of the sunroof and then lead towars each of the pillars and down.
Don't remember where the back one emptys but you can see it under the car..
Here you go, found you a thread with the picture.. Check #1 in the diagram and follow the thread to see where the drain exits under the car.

Maybe it's clogged. I had the same problem in ANOTHER marque of car and found that the drain lines were clogged and thus the water was backing up into the car. Cleaned it out and no leaks to date!
So, Stephen, which method from the "Sunroof Drain" thread did you use to clear the drain tubes.... suck or blow? Either way probably made you feel like this ==>
BWT - did you shoot a video that you can post here?
Well, checked it out last night and the right rear one is either plugged or disconnected. All the others work as evidenced by water on my shoes. Since I have numerous rattles in the headliner I am just going to take it in and let my mechanic fix it all at once. I was going to pull the headliner and do it myself but the shop should know all the tricks to eliminate rattles. I would be guessing on this.
Oh, no videos for you Tim
