Yes it is. You'll have to refer to the manual for exact instructions, but I know it is done with the stick on the bottom left of the steering wheel.

EASY- Degrees centigrade = 5/9(degrees F -32). 1 Km/h = 1.609344/(miles/hr). Do it in my head all the time.

Good point. There is no changing the dials. But you can change the digital text, and that is the speedo that you will use all the time. I never even look at the analog dial.
