Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I would like to drop the subframe enough on my C2 to replace the N/S to O/S front brake pipe and inspect properly the hard lines on the rack. I have the undertray off and bolts exposed. I cant find a tutorial on the internet on best way to approach this. Do I need to undo the strut top mounts? How do I split the steering column? Are there any cables / pipes I need to be wary of when dropping?

POST 2Original post

My mechanic change mine with cunifer ones without dropping anything.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I guess that is a good option although would prefer pre bent steel. I'm not sure you can get cunifer it in all the clips from below, I'll need to take another look.
