My query is about the rear wheel space, since I want to run 10.5" wide wheels and I was wondering what kind of offset can be used without the wheel sticking out from the arch.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

Hi guys, so I wanted to go for some wide wheels and tyres on my 2006 Boxster . The wheels I'm getting are the Bola B14. My query is about the rear wheel space, since I want to run 10.5" wide wheels and I was wondering what kind of offset can be used without the wheel sticking out from the arch. The B14's come from et38-10 and personally for me, the lower the better. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this

POST 2Original post

Here's a website that will enable you to figure wheel and tire changes what. Probably the 4th time + I've posted this reference on P-9 https://www.willtheyfit.com/index.php?width=265&aspect=40&diameter=18&wheelwidth=9&offset=43&width2=265&aspect2=40&wheel_size=19&wheel_width=11&offset2=40

POST 3Original post

I case you want to figure it your self; here's some things you need to know and consider: 1mm = 0.04 inches, half the wheel width change is what the wheels moves. ex want to go to an 11" from a 10", change will 1/2 of 11-10= 1, 1x1/2 or .5 is 0.50" 0.50 / 0.04 = 12.5mm The larger the ET number the further out the wheel is. You can make a too small a ET better by adding spacers. Too bad If I totally confused you; just use the website
