Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Who would you Angelinos trust with your 996 which may have some frame damage? Any good shops that have a proper jig for a 996 in the greater Los Angeles or San Fernando Valley? The car in question is a 2000 cab. The damage is pretty slight, hopefully, as the car does not track well but looks very straight. Thanks in advance!

GMG Racing in Orange County may be a good bet. Its a drive, but I'm sure you can rest assured that they can get the job done.

POST 3Original post

I would check with the guys at TRE Motorsports in North Hollywood. If they can't do it, they should be able to give you a solid referral.

One of the most renown shops for high end body work is AVIO COACHCRAFT in West LA. They own their own jigs and do referral work for most of the LA Porsche dealers. Several Rennlisters have had their work done there. They are on Pontius just below Olympic next to the 405 frwy. [phone removed].
